I did a cryotherapy and an infrared sauna session today @subzero_cryo in Phillipsburg. It’s so nice to have someplace local to go. I had never done the step in electric cryotherapy only the nitrogen cryo chamber but read up on it and the benefits of the electric cryotherapy are better than nitrogen and safer. The owner was amazing and spent some time on the phone with me last night answering all of my questions and explaining the process for the electric chamber. Olivia at the location was super knowledgeable and so nice. 10/10 for experience and service. I will definitely be back!!

Great experience here treating my daughter’s sprained ankle, trying to get her back on the court asap. I even got a bonus neck and shoulder treatment, immediate relief!

Simply awesome! Staff and equipment all top notch. Hard to find a non nitrogen full immersion cryo chamber but this place has it. It's the real deal. My go to place from now on!

This is a hidden gem that will not be for much longer. The facility is clean & organized, offers state of the art equipment, the prices are fair and the owner is customer focused. He was patient and took time to thoroughly answer my questions.

Great variety of recovery tools available at a reasonable price! Anthony is great and so is his staff. Definitely recommend for anyone who is an athlete or takes recovery serious!

The sauna was lovely to enjoy together as a couple, then I went into the cryo chamber. While I was doing compression sleeves for both arms and legs my girlfriend got a facial. The staff attendant used local cryotherapy on my face and cleaned my skin which helped my face both feel and look much smoother. Afterwards they did local cryotherapy on my lower stomach which soothed the pain of my cramps ladies you know how great this can be. The staff was able to make the experience very enjoyable and when I was done, I came to find my boyfriend sleeping with the sleeves on, safe to say he enjoyed his visit as well.

This is the place to go to for recovery! If you’re feeling beat up, tight or injured come to sub zero and get recovered!!! You feel great after the cyro tank and compression sleeves
